    Small building with great neighbors, (c) openigloo beautiful apartments and easy access (c) openigloo to BK and Manhattan
    Cons:
    Given the large size of (c) openigloo apartments and huge windows, the (c) openigloo heating is not optimals

    Pros:
    I loved here for a (c) openigloo year and rented directly from (c) openigloo one of the co-op shareholders. (c) openigloo We were very lucky as (c) openigloo the shareholder we were renting (c) openigloo from took great care of (c) openigloo us and if there were (c) openigloo any issues at all, they (c) openigloo were addressed immediately! This building (c) openigloo was VERY quiet and I (c) openigloo almost never heard my neighbors, (c) openigloo well maintained (I heard them (c) openigloo cleaning the halls 1-2 times (c) openigloo a week) and friendly. I (c) openigloo saw only one small roach (c) openigloo in the winter and had (c) openigloo a few house centipedes but (c) openigloo nothing that was alarming. With (c) openigloo the roach - it was (c) openigloo addressed right away and there (c) openigloo was never the sign of (c) openigloo another one. It’s a great building (c) openigloo and I wish I could (c) openigloo have lived there longer, but (c) openigloo due to co-op board regulations (c) openigloo could only live there a (c) openigloo year. Loved my entire time (c) openigloo in that building!
    Cons:
    Only thing I disliked was (c) openigloo the trash alley I saw (c) openigloo lots of rats out there, (c) openigloo but the trash was never (c) openigloo overflowing or poorly taken care (c) openigloo of - just living in (c) openigloo New York. I don’t (c) openigloo think it’s anything the building (c) openigloo could have done but it (c) openigloo just forced me to take (c) openigloo out my trash at noon

    Keep it up!

    Nice building with few units; (c) openigloo well maintained and courteous tenants (c) openigloo for the most part.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches in the basement whenever (c) openigloo taking out recycling / doing (c) openigloo laundry. Unit had mice a (c) openigloo few times.

    The owner is slum lord… (c) openigloo no heat in the winter (c) openigloo and no cooling in the (c) openigloo summer.. absolute shit show with (c) openigloo my utility bills consistently at (c) openigloo $400+ per month. Shitty owner (c) openigloo who refuses to look at (c) openigloo it as a problem. Apartment (c) openigloo has 0 insulation

    The building is very clean, (c) openigloo monthly pest control services, a (c) openigloo gorgeous back garden that is (c) openigloo occupant maintained (a private oasis (c) openigloo perfect for summer afternoon respite). (c) openigloo The property managers are available (c) openigloo 247 and very responsive. Laundry (c) openigloo room in the basement and (c) openigloo bike storage available.
    Cons:
    Not all tenants have access (c) openigloo to storage bin in basement. (c) openigloo No roof access. Super is (c) openigloo daytime/offsite (not live in) though (c) openigloo he does live two blocks (c) openigloo away.

    Elevated, friendly and well kept (c) openigloo building, with a co-op board (c) openigloo that really cares about the (c) openigloo environment we live in. Super (c) openigloo is great and attentive.
    Cons:
    Construction in the Dumbo area (c) openigloo is definitely negatively impacting the (c) openigloo quality of life in the (c) openigloo area, the noise and pollution (c) openigloo is incessant. That being said, (c) openigloo the construction directly next door (c) openigloo to this building is almost (c) openigloo finished. Property management isn't great, but (c) openigloo didn't need to deal with (c) openigloo the much.
