Pretty Good Overall

Pros:
- The neighbors here have been great - Trash management is fine - Management is pretty responsive - Never had an issue with pests / bugs
Cons:
- The store below the apartments that just opened sells weed and now the whole building smells like weed pretty often. They also have parties every now and then and when they do it shakes the whole building. - The heat isn't included in the rent and is pretty inefficient - When we moved into the apartment it was not cleaned and was pretty filthily

- Do something about the store below

Close to the subway,
Cons:
During the time I lived there(2.5y), we experienced no hot water for a week on Christmas. My roommate ceiling was leaking and it took them almost half a year to fix it. We had bedbug in your apartment.
Advice to owner:
Repair and response quickly. Stop over -subdividing apartments.
