Cons:
Neighbors. They allow an old (c) openigloo man to live in the (c) openigloo building who has caused apparently (c) openigloo multiple fires.
Quiet, a bit of street noise

I lived here until 2015. - (c) openigloo Great to have storage space (c) openigloo above the bedroom closet and (c) openigloo above the bathroom. - Pretty clean (c) openigloo and kept in decent shape. - (c) openigloo Super was responsive. - Great having (c) openigloo in-building laundry.
Cons:
The owner sold to new (c) openigloo owners right before I left, (c) openigloo and they were difficult to (c) openigloo get a hold of. I (c) openigloo don’t know if it’s changed (c) openigloo since then.
Spacious apartment in great location

The apartments are a nice (c) openigloo size with large windows. Laundry (c) openigloo in the basement, elevator building.
Cons:
The super does not live (c) openigloo in the building, so if (c) openigloo you have an issue after (c) openigloo 5:30pm he won’t be able (c) openigloo to assist until the next (c) openigloo morning. The heater and hot (c) openigloo water stopped working 5 times (c) openigloo in the 8 years I’ve (c) openigloo lived here during winter. They (c) openigloo came to fix the boiler (c) openigloo but I was freezing for (c) openigloo 2 days. The elevator is (c) openigloo very slow and you can (c) openigloo hear your neighbors upstairs walking (c) openigloo and moving.
Advice to owner:
Move the super in the building, renew the elevator because it’s extremely slow and buy a new boiler. Also invest money to get better floors, it creaks every time you walk in your apt.

Hallway has lots of character, (c) openigloo appliances work, great light and (c) openigloo comfortable space. Building management was (c) openigloo reachable and in the last (c) openigloo couple of years and largely (c) openigloo sympathetic to concerns.
Cons:
Repairs were sometimes slow to (c) openigloo happen (leak in my apartment (c) openigloo ceiling took years to address (c) openigloo properly), landlord prefers cheap fixes (c) openigloo to longer-lasting repairs, difficult to (c) openigloo get help from super/building management/anyone (c) openigloo outside of strict business hours.
Advice to owner:
Invest in fixing a problem properly instead of putting a bandaid on it.
