Cons:
I’ve lived in this building (c) openigloo for the past 5 years. (c) openigloo This new management came in, (c) openigloo increased everyone’s rent by at (c) openigloo least 30% IN THE MIDDLE (c) openigloo OF PANDEMIC! No improvements at all! (c) openigloo We used to have a (c) openigloo part time super who took (c) openigloo care the garbage, it is (c) openigloo a mess now. All tenants (c) openigloo moved out month by month, (c) openigloo I was the last one (c) openigloo to move out. I pass (c) openigloo by this building frequently (because (c) openigloo obviously that was my neighborhood) (c) openigloo and I see my apartment (c) openigloo is still vacant (after 4 (c) openigloo months at the time of (c) openigloo this review). Additionally, when I (c) openigloo moved out, they kept my (c) openigloo deposit and I couldn’t do (c) openigloo anything about it because of (c) openigloo the pandemic/closed offices. The neighborhood (c) openigloo is good, but stay away (c) openigloo from this management.

Clean (in new units) nice (c) openigloo amenities for the cost, washer/dryer, (c) openigloo nearby a few solid restaurants

Terrible terrible ownership. The super (c) openigloo of this building literally threatens (c) openigloo and harasses tenants when they (c) openigloo ask him to turn his (c) openigloo music down. There has been (c) openigloo almost zero days since I’ve (c) openigloo moved in without insanely loud (c) openigloo music/TV/screaming.

Sell to a company that cares.

Everyone who lives there has (c) openigloo been living there for years (c) openigloo and we are all like (c) openigloo family !
Cons:
It’s old, the owners do (c) openigloo not keep up with any (c) openigloo thing. We haven’t had gas (c) openigloo heat or hot water for (c) openigloo a week !!! And they (c) openigloo never come to update or (c) openigloo fix any issues we may (c) openigloo have ! They only come (c) openigloo to pick up the rent!
