Cons:
Common spaces tend to be (c) openigloo very dirty. There was an (c) openigloo abandoned apartment with trash outside (c) openigloo the door for months. Lots (c) openigloo of tenants will host parties (c) openigloo on the roof, and it (c) openigloo seems like people would wander (c) openigloo in off the street and (c) openigloo hang out on the roof (c) openigloo sometimes, which made the building (c) openigloo not feel super safe.
