The neighbors are friendly and (c) openigloo respectful. Rooms are large, and (c) openigloo it's a great location.
Cons:
The super is always around (c) openigloo and a good neighbor, but (c) openigloo fixes/repairs to the apartment will (c) openigloo be pretty slapdash. Laundry room (c) openigloo is often dirty, the machines (c) openigloo break constantly. Not usually a (c) openigloo long wait to use it (c) openigloo though :)
Advice to owner:
Please update to an electronic lease, signature and payment system.
Owners are hands off but rent is reasonable

Cons:
Bare minimum improvements are made, (c) openigloo some amenities are missing.
Advice to owner:
General facelift and small improvements could go a long way.
A&H Management is really bad

Pros:
They're pretty good at garbage (c) openigloo disposal. People leave random things (c) openigloo downstairs and it's always removes. (c) openigloo No mice or rats. I've (c) openigloo barely encountered any roaches. The (c) openigloo sinks have good water pressure.
Cons:
Construction workers are always making (c) openigloo noise. The water randomly shuts (c) openigloo off sometimes without warning. There (c) openigloo were a few times the (c) openigloo heat shut off without warning. (c) openigloo The windows aren't well insulated. (c) openigloo You have to pay for (c) openigloo gas & electric. I don't (c) openigloo cook, go into the office (c) openigloo 2 days a week and (c) openigloo only spend 3 nights a (c) openigloo week in my studio. My (c) openigloo utility bill averages at $90. (c) openigloo The shower water pressure is (c) openigloo really low.
Advice to owner:
Please listen to your tenants concerns and stop being exploitative.

Unit is well maintained and (c) openigloo a really good size. Quick (c) openigloo responses from landlord and super. (c) openigloo Great location and light in (c) openigloo the unit.
Cons:
The windows block none of (c) openigloo the street sound (even from (c) openigloo the 5th floor). Dealt with (c) openigloo a few roaches at the (c) openigloo beginning, but the landlord provided (c) openigloo additional extermination which fixed the (c) openigloo issues for a few months. (c) openigloo Despite keeping up with monthly (c) openigloo extermination in and following all (c) openigloo cleaning protocols, the roaches returned (c) openigloo over the summer.
Advice to owner:
Have the exterminators come twice per month and make all units participate. Re-seal the windows to help some noise management.
