The building has a ton (c) openigloo if character, clean and modern (c) openigloo hallways and lobby, a great (c) openigloo management company, and the apartments (c) openigloo are spacious with lots of (c) openigloo charm and natural light. Kitchens (c) openigloo and bathrooms were recently updated. (c) openigloo The neighborhood is great, pretty (c) openigloo peaceful and we are right (c) openigloo next to 2 private schools, (c) openigloo so feels very safe. The (c) openigloo bar downstairs is very quiet. (c) openigloo The walls inside the apartment (c) openigloo are super thick and we (c) openigloo never hear anything from our (c) openigloo neighbors.

We’ve had a few pest (c) openigloo control problems but management has (c) openigloo been helpful in sending exterminators. (c) openigloo We’ve had a few mice (c) openigloo in the winters and a (c) openigloo few roaches in the summers, (c) openigloo but have since found all (c) openigloo the holes in our apartment (c) openigloo and havent had any problems (c) openigloo since. Although this building is (c) openigloo jn a quiet neighborhood, the (c) openigloo windows are pretty old so (c) openigloo you pretty much hear everything (c) openigloo on the street below.

Be a little more cognizant about closing up holes when making repairs in the apartment to avoid pest problems!

Building hallways and lobbies are (c) openigloo generally clean. The super is (c) openigloo responsive and gets things done (c) openigloo in a timely manner.

- The super and wife (c) openigloo (a broker) have been rude (c) openigloo and unprofessional in communication. - There (c) openigloo was also a cockroach in (c) openigloo our refrigerator within the first (c) openigloo week of moving in. - (c) openigloo Windows aren’t very soundproof so (c) openigloo you can hear louder noises (c) openigloo from outside (e.g., car honking, (c) openigloo construction, people yelling, etc.) - Laundry (c) openigloo room is rather unhygienic

Train your employees to be professional in their work.

The building has a mosquito (c) openigloo problem. I struggled to get (c) openigloo attention and was bitten many (c) openigloo times a night even in (c) openigloo the winter which made it (c) openigloo unbearable. Also the heat was (c) openigloo insanely loud

I like the size of (c) openigloo the apartments and overall area

The building is super dirty (c) openigloo inside. Super cleans the first (c) openigloo floor and nothing else. The (c) openigloo stairwell has had the same (c) openigloo hairball there for over a (c) openigloo year. Lately there's been rat (c) openigloo and mouse issues in the (c) openigloo building. Some units need updating.

The super at this property (c) openigloo is wonderful — responsive and (c) openigloo timely. It’s a charming pre-war (c) openigloo building with an elevator and (c) openigloo dishwasher. Location is amazing

No laundry, which sucks. And (c) openigloo there has been a package (c) openigloo stealing issue before, as there (c) openigloo is no package room or (c) openigloo door man

Add a laundry room.

cheap, no cockroaches(at least in (c) openigloo my unit), major closet space

packages stolen often, no amenities, (c) openigloo precarious stairs.

put in cameras because your tenants are animals and steal packages.
