Pool for the summer months! (c) openigloo And not usually not very (c) openigloo busy as many people go (c) openigloo out of town in the (c) openigloo summer. Great gym, rooftop and (c) openigloo friendly neighbors. Doormen are super (c) openigloo nice and friendly. On the (c) openigloo same block with Trader Joe’s!
Cons:
Sometimes have to wait for (c) openigloo elevator but there’s only 8 (c) openigloo floors, so no biggie.

Great location. Quiet during the (c) openigloo day and night, very little (c) openigloo traffic. Management and super are (c) openigloo responsive, not extremely responsive, but (c) openigloo have solved all of our (c) openigloo problems eventually.
Cons:
Common area in the building (c) openigloo is not only ugly but (c) openigloo untended. The management has mentioned (c) openigloo upgrading at least the light (c) openigloo fixtures but it yet to (c) openigloo be seen. Trash management is (c) openigloo not great, at least once (c) openigloo a week you will have (c) openigloo to cover your nose as (c) openigloo you exit the building. The (c) openigloo interior finishes are ok, while (c) openigloo the building facade is slowly (c) openigloo falling apart.
Advice to owner:
We could make the staircase less depressing with a couple quick fixes.

Pros:
Great little condo building on (c) openigloo the lower east side. Management (c) openigloo is pretty good, super is (c) openigloo alright. Some units have city (c) openigloo windows so the noise is (c) openigloo totally manageable - but it (c) openigloo is a loud block with (c) openigloo popular bars. Although it’s not (c) openigloo the cleanest block, I never (c) openigloo had any rodent/roaches/bug issues in (c) openigloo my unit for the two (c) openigloo years I lived there.
Cons:
Hallways could be cleaned up (c) openigloo a bit more but not (c) openigloo really an issue. Some issues (c) openigloo with packages going missing but (c) openigloo expected with non doorman building. (c) openigloo The block gets pretty dirty (c) openigloo on the weekends with drunk (c) openigloo bar-goers leaving their trash/late night (c) openigloo food on the street - (c) openigloo mice sightings are pretty common (c) openigloo on the block. But the (c) openigloo building/super does a good job (c) openigloo of cleaning up the area (c) openigloo around the entrance every day. (c) openigloo
