The super does the best (c) openigloo he can.
Cons:
Slum lords. Complained about the (c) openigloo mice problem and Alex, the (c) openigloo new propety manager has done (c) openigloo nothing.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants. Waited for a exterminator to come and they never came

Move in to 7th floor (c) openigloo at your own risk. A (c) openigloo mentally ill man lives there-7E. (c) openigloo He’s destructive, threatening, and will (c) openigloo slam his door incessantly when (c) openigloo he has mental breakdowns (very (c) openigloo often). He broke through the (c) openigloo wall in the adjacent apartment.

BE INVOLVED. BE HONEST. BE PROACTIVE.

Old building, hasn’t been renovated (c) openigloo in decades… the landlord take (c) openigloo forever with responses to issues (c) openigloo with apartments. Building only does (c) openigloo patch up jobs instead of (c) openigloo fixing the root of the (c) openigloo problem
