Cons:
Full of every kind of (c) openigloo roach there is, not to (c) openigloo mention mice and rats. Try (c) openigloo to get management to assist (c) openigloo and they won't. If another (c) openigloo tenant refuses pest control, then (c) openigloo the problem only continues. Some (c) openigloo neighbors are louder than others, (c) openigloo and other tenants are allowed (c) openigloo to make noise complaints against (c) openigloo you walking around in your (c) openigloo apartment. Tenants smoke in the (c) openigloo hallway and leave still-burning cigarette (c) openigloo butts on the hallway floor. (c) openigloo Reports of packages being stolen (c) openigloo often.
Advice to owner:
If the building has an infestation as large as this one, then announce mandatory pest control for a month. It's done at other buildings, so why not this one too?
