    There are some people in (c) openigloo the building that smoke (c) openigloo on the higher floors so (c) openigloo if you live below you (c) openigloo can smell is and sometimes (c) openigloo the elevators smell of Smoke. This (c) openigloo is a smoke free building (c) openigloo I believe so it’s very (c) openigloo disappointing

    The amenities in the building (c) openigloo were great and the friendly (c) openigloo staff were very helpful. (c) openigloo Proximity to the subway and (c) openigloo the Seaport. Communal grills.
    Cons:
    Elevators were rarely all working. (c) openigloo Layout of the apartment wasn’t (c) openigloo ideal. There was no natural (c) openigloo light in the kitchen, bathroom (c) openigloo or dining area.
    Depends on condo owner. Staff is awesome. Building management favors owners.

    The staff. They are friendly (c) openigloo and helpful. Get to know (c) openigloo them. When I lived there (c) openigloo the super was also excellent. (c) openigloo Clean. It’s in FiDi so (c) openigloo the location is what it (c) openigloo is.
    Cons:
    The building management company. They (c) openigloo advised the owner, when repairs (c) openigloo needed to be made “I’m (c) openigloo here to save you money”. (c) openigloo Don’t expect assistance from them.

    Cons:
    Sometimes could not get cold (c) openigloo water from kitchen sink. Location (c) openigloo is mixed - very pleasant (c) openigloo near the water but less (c) openigloo so when you walk into (c) openigloo towards FiDi.
