I guess the location if (c) openigloo that’s your type of area
Cons:
Terrible unresponsive management, rude and (c) openigloo deceptive. Regularly went without heat (c) openigloo and hot water or any (c) openigloo water at all. Gas was (c) openigloo turned off for about 6 (c) openigloo months.

Really enjoyed living here for (c) openigloo 2 year. Management was friendly (c) openigloo and nice to me. Owner (c) openigloo installed laundry while I lived (c) openigloo here. Loved the location

Not the biggest elevator
Advice to owner:
Would of liked roof access especially during covid

The landlord or leasing company (c) openigloo (John) sucks The super is (c) openigloo extremely unresponsive (carlito) It was (c) openigloo pretty trashy but it was (c) openigloo under market so I guess (c) openigloo that’s a given

Maybe just respect your tenants a little more
