The management here was no (c) openigloo bueno. Was it the worst (c) openigloo ever? No. Am I so (c) openigloo glad I don’t have to (c) openigloo deal with the cockroach infestation (c) openigloo or the management who is (c) openigloo rude and never get things (c) openigloo done? Yes!

Great location, near the subway (c) openigloo and the park. Newly renovated (c) openigloo with nice finishes.

Very hot in the winter (c) openigloo and it's a bit loud. (c) openigloo There is also a big (c) openigloo issue with package theft. I (c) openigloo think a double door or (c) openigloo solid front door would have (c) openigloo helped with this.

things breaking all the time, (c) openigloo found a dead rat in (c) openigloo the stairwell, maggots and flies (c) openigloo nest in the lobby, mailboxes (c) openigloo don't work so the USPS (c) openigloo leave all the mail on (c) openigloo the side counter, takes management (c) openigloo weeks to fix heating or (c) openigloo water issues, noisy street next (c) openigloo to fire station

-great location — close to (c) openigloo the subway and to lots (c) openigloo of restaurants/bars/clubs -never felt unsafe at (c) openigloo night because it was always (c) openigloo so lively -apartment unit itself was (c) openigloo very nice, W/D in unit, (c) openigloo sizeable living room, and lots (c) openigloo of natural light

-management is unresponsive -sometimes the garbage (c) openigloo room overflows — even though (c) openigloo the trash is taken out (c) openigloo regularly, people just have too (c) openigloo much of it -since this building (c) openigloo is in the heart of (c) openigloo LES, there will be a (c) openigloo decent amount of noise -steep stairs
