    - Legit soundproof walls, couldn't (c) openigloo hear a thing - Apartments had (c) openigloo so much space! In-unit washer (c) openigloo and dryer was amazing - Staff (c) openigloo was nice, food delivered right (c) openigloo to your door, good package (c) openigloo management system - Great location
    Cons:
    - Responsiveness to issues was (c) openigloo sometimes slow, not terrible though - (c) openigloo Raised rent by an obscene (c) openigloo amount our second year living (c) openigloo there so had to move (c) openigloo out. Raised it $100 the (c) openigloo first year, $1700 the second (c) openigloo year.

    Don't raise the rent by so much

    Pros:
    I loved the location and (c) openigloo staff. Problems were fixed promptly (c) openigloo and management was very communicative (c) openigloo when it came to building (c) openigloo matters.
    Cons:
    Application process felt excruciatingly long (c) openigloo and tedious because the building (c) openigloo has a board of directors (c) openigloo who has to approve whether (c) openigloo or not you’re fit to (c) openigloo live at the Oro. Although (c) openigloo the building does have a (c) openigloo basketball court and pool, I (c) openigloo feel like the gym itself (c) openigloo feels a little depressing and (c) openigloo small.

    Elevator, doorman, washer/dryer in unit, (c) openigloo renovated, great views
    Cons:
    Occasional cockroach, had bedbugs one (c) openigloo year, lobby has smelled funny (c) openigloo ever since Best Market was (c) openigloo there, elevators often out of (c) openigloo service and therefore crowded, younger (c) openigloo and louder tenants

    Proactive pest control, noise dampening measures

    The doormen and building staff (c) openigloo are wonderful. Very kind and (c) openigloo helpful. Large laundry room. Trash chute and (c) openigloo recycling on every floor (cleared (c) openigloo out pretty regularly). Great location -- (c) openigloo right by the park, so (c) openigloo if you're lucky, you also (c) openigloo have an excellent view. And (c) openigloo close to target/whole foods
    Cons:
    Poor ventilation -- our bathroom (c) openigloo ceiling would crack every few (c) openigloo months. A bit of an older (c) openigloo building for the price you (c) openigloo pay. We didn't have a pest (c) openigloo problem, but I did see (c) openigloo a roach in the stairwell

    The location is great! A (c) openigloo ground floor apartments have access (c) openigloo to a semi-private backyard.
    Cons:
    The owner and management company (c) openigloo were terrible to work with. (c) openigloo It took over three weeks (c) openigloo to receive my keys and (c) openigloo they never returned my security (c) openigloo deposit!
    Advice to owner:
    Try to respond after your tenant moves out and needs the security deposit returned.

    Cons:
    Neighborhood is very busy. Often (c) openigloo open air/visible drug dealing at (c) openigloo the corner of the street (c) openigloo and bus stop.

    The location (right off the (c) openigloo PABT) is just very seedy (c) openigloo and undesirable frankly, relative to (c) openigloo almost anywhere else in Manahttan
