Packages get stolen, can be (c) openigloo loud from the hallway but (c) openigloo people are mostly quiet

loved it here, so picturesque. (c) openigloo great tenants in the building, (c) openigloo everyone was super nice and (c) openigloo respectful of the shared space. (c) openigloo loved how they would decorate (c) openigloo for the different holidays especially.

honestly it was great so (c) openigloo I don't have any complaints. (c) openigloo they did try to double (c) openigloo the rent so we moved (c) openigloo out. :(

this building is in a (c) openigloo great location and on a (c) openigloo tree lined one way street (c) openigloo that is mostly residential. the (c) openigloo super is very responsive and (c) openigloo his assistant manages the trash (c) openigloo very well. it is in (c) openigloo a safe area. laundry is (c) openigloo in the basement which is (c) openigloo very convenient.

the exterminator does not always (c) openigloo come when they say they (c) openigloo are going to. I have (c) openigloo had bug issues in my (c) openigloo unit but when the exterminator (c) openigloo comes once a month, we (c) openigloo don’t have issues.

In close proximity to bars, (c) openigloo Rockefeller center and central parks

No parking because if the (c) openigloo area, no bikes allowed, management (c) openigloo is not responsive to anything

Wonderful live-in super, very clean (c) openigloo common areas, nice laundry room (c) openigloo for size of the building, (c) openigloo easy trash/recycling disposal

Management took 10 business days (c) openigloo to respond to any emails (c) openigloo I sent. They also raised (c) openigloo my rent $1k a month.

Respond to your tenants - you won't have any if you continue to jack up rents and subsequently ignore them.

the management company was incredibly (c) openigloo rude and impossible to get (c) openigloo in touch with. over the course (c) openigloo of 2 rent renewals, they (c) openigloo raised our rent by $2100/month.

Get a hold of your management staff and stop egregiously raising rent on nice, clean, respectful, friendly and always on-time paying tenants.

Came with an air conditioner (c) openigloo in the living room. Natural (c) openigloo light comes in well into (c) openigloo the bedrooms.

Had several electrical issues living (c) openigloo here and we were blamed (c) openigloo for it when it was (c) openigloo clearly a wiring issue. Super (c) openigloo doesn’t respond to our text (c) openigloo messages so we often have (c) openigloo to contact our building management (c) openigloo directly. Generally clean but did (c) openigloo find a roach one time (c) openigloo during the summer.

Great area. Next to a (c) openigloo lot to do and eat. (c) openigloo Lively on 2nd Ave, but (c) openigloo quiet where apartment is.

Water bugs here and there

Very good location, next to (c) openigloo all transit. Friendly neighbors(except drug attic (c) openigloo living on first floor who (c) openigloo steals all packages and has (c) openigloo numerous “friends” over Good lighting and (c) openigloo heating, hot water.

Extremely un sanitary. Have seen (c) openigloo “live in super” as listed (c) openigloo who doesn’t live here, once (c) openigloo in building within my 10 (c) openigloo months living here Garbage closet (c) openigloo is horrendous!!!!! The inside of the (c) openigloo closet has not been fully (c) openigloo cleaned scince I’ve moved in. (c) openigloo Tenants are scared to open (c) openigloo the door as mice and (c) openigloo cockroaches are INFESTED in there (c) openigloo crawling out which leads everyone (c) openigloo to putting garbage along the (c) openigloo lobby hallway outside. Whole building (c) openigloo is completely infested with cockroaches (c) openigloo and mice

Get a super who actually interacts with the tenants. Welcome the tenants in with the super to allow him to introduce himself( super left my house keys under a mice trap box 3 blocks down and took picture saying it’s under it and have still never met face to face. Hallways has not been mopped in months!!

Location is great

Psycho maintenance man. Harasses & (c) openigloo threatens tenants (including teenagers). Physically (c) openigloo and verbally threatening. Does things (c) openigloo such as will ring your (c) openigloo door buzzer nonstop as early (c) openigloo as 6am, if standing on (c) openigloo stairs will aggressively blow the (c) openigloo leaf blower at you and (c) openigloo your pet without simply asking (c) openigloo us to move off stairs. (c) openigloo He’s also always smoking on (c) openigloo stairs in front of door, (c) openigloo even with a ‘no smoking’ (c) openigloo sign. He Uses racist and (c) openigloo homophobic slurs. He will cut (c) openigloo off your power for a (c) openigloo few minutes at a time. (c) openigloo He also steals packages. Sent (c) openigloo several emails and phone calls (c) openigloo to management office expressing how (c) openigloo unsafe I felt, showed photo (c) openigloo and video proof of his (c) openigloo behavior and they did NOTHING. (c) openigloo I had to get cameras (c) openigloo in my apartment for my (c) openigloo protection. Also they weirdly kept (c) openigloo trying to get into my (c) openigloo apt without me present, for (c) openigloo repairs that did not exist (c) openigloo nor did I request. This (c) openigloo management office is horrible. They (c) openigloo will also ‘forget’ to mail (c) openigloo you your deposit back after (c) openigloo you move too until you (c) openigloo track it down a month (c) openigloo later. If you want to (c) openigloo feel safe in your own (c) openigloo home do not move here! (c) openigloo The super made my life (c) openigloo there a nightmare, uncomfortable and (c) openigloo unsafe. And they did nothing (c) openigloo about it.
