location, elevator, laundry room except (c) openigloo when you’re sharing it with (c) openigloo rats and roaches
Cons:
i think i mentioned the (c) openigloo roaches. also have seen multiple (c) openigloo rats in the trash and (c) openigloo laundry rooms. no noise insulation (c) openigloo from upstairs (i can literally (c) openigloo hear them burp). rent increases (c) openigloo go crazy.
Advice to owner:
get serious about pest control and extermination

Management is unresponsive. Building doesn’t (c) openigloo have cooking gas and management (c) openigloo is unresponsive on how long (c) openigloo it’ll take. Dryers don’t dry

The super was very responsive (c) openigloo and kind. The laundry room (c) openigloo used cards instead of coins, (c) openigloo which was convenient.
Cons:
You can hear your neighbors (c) openigloo next door and below speaking. (c) openigloo Also a handful of tenants (c) openigloo consistently break lease rules and (c) openigloo management was very difficult to (c) openigloo reach and when finally you (c) openigloo could speak to someone, they (c) openigloo would do nothing or not (c) openigloo know how to handle the (c) openigloo situation. There is no physical (c) openigloo property manager office (only leasing), (c) openigloo so you had to fully (c) openigloo rely on calling a manager (c) openigloo and most of the time (c) openigloo would go to voicemail. Also, (c) openigloo there is only one washer (c) openigloo and one dryer for the (c) openigloo entire building, so many times (c) openigloo you have to wait for (c) openigloo other loads to finish. The (c) openigloo lobby needs work and the (c) openigloo hallways are very filthy and (c) openigloo sticky. Also, the building did (c) openigloo not provide lightbulb replacements for (c) openigloo the unit.
Advice to owner:
Add additional training to building managers so they know how to effectively act in all types of situations. Since the walls are so thin, put together a reaction plan to noice complaints. Add weekly office hours at the leasing office for managers to physically sit so tenants can meet in person to discuss any concerns that the super is unable to address.

Great location not far from (c) openigloo the Q and near a (c) openigloo great park, laundry in the (c) openigloo building, pretty quiet and didn't (c) openigloo have issues with the neighbors (c) openigloo overall

Lived here for 5 years (c) openigloo and had a terrible mice (c) openigloo issue for the last 2 (c) openigloo years I was there. The (c) openigloo exterminator offered by the building (c) openigloo did not want to address (c) openigloo the problem as thoroughly and (c) openigloo using the same procedures as (c) openigloo an outside exterminator was recommending, (c) openigloo so had to pay on (c) openigloo our own to get one (c) openigloo who was more helpful. Several (c) openigloo entry points found for the (c) openigloo mice to get in throughout (c) openigloo the whole apartment and was (c) openigloo told it would likely continue (c) openigloo to be an issue no (c) openigloo matter what given the building's (c) openigloo infrastructure. Also had a lot (c) openigloo of issues with packages getting (c) openigloo stolen/people leaving the front door (c) openigloo unlocked - found undomiciled people (c) openigloo sleeping in the basement a (c) openigloo few times

-good water pressure -not too noisy -thick (c) openigloo walls -no mold, rodents or roaches

-landlord company is sketchy and (c) openigloo hard to reach -super was never (c) openigloo at the building -lots of fights/shouting/arguments (c) openigloo in the hallway and lots (c) openigloo of stolen packages!

Do something about all the mail being stolen

Lobby needs to be updated/renovated (c) openigloo (I am embarrassed to have (c) openigloo company over to walk through (c) openigloo the lobby), walls are VERY (c) openigloo thin so you hear your (c) openigloo neighbors every move, hallways need (c) openigloo to be cleaned more regularly, (c) openigloo roaches spotted
Advice to owner:
Please update your lobby and install security cameras for package thieves, also the cardboard gets in the way of the dryers in the laundry room
