Some apartments have in unit (c) openigloo washer/dryers and dishwashers. I’m guessing (c) openigloo they’ve renovated old apartments as (c) openigloo people move out. The building (c) openigloo is maintained well, from what (c) openigloo I can see. They take (c) openigloo the garbage out twice a (c) openigloo day on each floor and (c) openigloo mop every day. Neighbors are (c) openigloo kind. Apartments are very spacious (c) openigloo for New York.
Cons:
When I moved in our (c) openigloo unit had roaches and there (c) openigloo was no apology from the (c) openigloo management. It was never disclosed (c) openigloo prior to moving in. We (c) openigloo ended up discovering they were (c) openigloo coming in from openings around (c) openigloo the medicine cabinet. We have (c) openigloo caulked around it on our (c) openigloo own accord and have not (c) openigloo seen any roaches in a (c) openigloo couple of weeks. I will (c) openigloo add that management sent an (c) openigloo exterminator to come inspect the (c) openigloo unit and he was very (c) openigloo helpful. Additionally, some neighbors do (c) openigloo smoke marijuana outside their windows (c) openigloo causing the smell to come (c) openigloo into our apartments. But it’s (c) openigloo New York so you can’t (c) openigloo do anything about that.
Advice to owner:
Remediate bug issues prior to new tenants moving in and ensure units are properly cleaned

Utilities are annoyingly loud (ac, (c) openigloo washer/dryer), construction on the facade (c) openigloo all year, no longer have (c) openigloo roof access, noisy intersection. Super (c) openigloo is helpful but management never (c) openigloo follows up on issues he (c) openigloo can’t help with.
Great + affordable location

Adequate space, close to G (c) openigloo train. Good parking for guests (c) openigloo on weekends. Beautiful neighborhood with (c) openigloo cafes and yoga studios. Easy (c) openigloo walk to Fort Greene. Reasonable (c) openigloo rent increases.
Cons:
Limited sunlight in living room. (c) openigloo Large real estate management company (c) openigloo took over, and communication became (c) openigloo less timely and efficient.

There is maintenance/management available most (c) openigloo of the time. They respond (c) openigloo quickly. Pest control came every (c) openigloo week if you needed it. (c) openigloo Garbage was outside and was (c) openigloo kept organized.
Cons:
Apartment was loud at night. (c) openigloo My packages got stolen a (c) openigloo lot when i lived there. (c) openigloo Some units had laundry and (c) openigloo others didn't.
Nice neighborhood, but increase the rent very high after a year

Closed to Fort Green park, (c) openigloo very pretty and quiet neighborhood, (c) openigloo safe, closed to G, walkable (c) openigloo distance to C, B subway (c) openigloo stations, renovated the house pretty (c) openigloo recently

Increased the rent a lot (c) openigloo after a year contract, one (c) openigloo time has pest issue in (c) openigloo the apt.
Many great perks, a few important downsides

Great neighbors, no noise complaints. (c) openigloo Nice clean style in our (c) openigloo apartment. Close to lots of (c) openigloo useful subway lines, quick route (c) openigloo to Manhattan. Washer/dryer in-unit.
Cons:
Since the new managers have (c) openigloo taken over (summer 2023), they've (c) openigloo been much less responsive and (c) openigloo currently don't take accountability for (c) openigloo their mistakes.

Be more responsive and come when you say you'll come!
