Pros:
If you ever wanted a (c) openigloo home away from home at (c) openigloo home, The Octagon is the (c) openigloo place to be. It's a (c) openigloo little slice of heaven in (c) openigloo the middle of the city. (c) openigloo It's relatively quiet and peaceful, (c) openigloo with a beautiful view of (c) openigloo Manhattan. Staff is wonderful, (c) openigloo helpful, responsive, and friendly. It (c) openigloo just changed ownership, so not (c) openigloo sure what to expect, but (c) openigloo hoping it is more of (c) openigloo the same.
Cons:
Minimal, very few roaches, but (c) openigloo it is still NYC.
The water (c) openigloo pressure could be better, particularly (c) openigloo since the bathroom sinks are (c) openigloo very large but the water (c) openigloo pressure does not permit any (c) openigloo significant use. I'm someone who (c) openigloo will often rewet my hair (c) openigloo in the sink, but I (c) openigloo cannot do that here.
My (c) openigloo only truly significant complaint is (c) openigloo that the beautiful floor to (c) openigloo ceiling windows are a bit (c) openigloo drafty. When your are paying (c) openigloo for central A/C and heat, (c) openigloo that becomes a problem.
Advice to owner:
Reframe the windows so no loss of energy (and $$) happens.
