Pros:
I love the size and (c) openigloo layout of my apartment.
Cons:
People have been breaking in (c) openigloo and stealing packages. 2 apartments (c) openigloo have been broken into since (c) openigloo I moved here. There are (c) openigloo people doing heroin in the (c) openigloo laundry room and screaming at (c) openigloo all hours of the night. (c) openigloo The common areas are always (c) openigloo dirty and the trash is (c) openigloo all over the sidewalk. The (c) openigloo building gets fined at least (c) openigloo once a month and they (c) openigloo don’t care and never fix (c) openigloo anything that breaks. A resident (c) openigloo unalived himself out of the (c) openigloo apartment window and the building (c) openigloo said nothing. They don’t respond (c) openigloo to service requests and don’t (c) openigloo allow us to have the (c) openigloo super’s contact. It smells like (c) openigloo weed and cigarettes all the (c) openigloo time and other peoples ash (c) openigloo comes flying in my windows (c) openigloo covering my apartment because it’s (c) openigloo so hot in the winter (c) openigloo I need to leave the (c) openigloo windows open. And I just (c) openigloo got a letter from conEd (c) openigloo that the building is behind (c) openigloo on their bills so service (c) openigloo is getting shut off to (c) openigloo the common areas.
Advice to owner:
This apartment has so much potential but management just doesn’t care at all.

Prime location in Chelsea, quiet (c) openigloo neighbors and street.
Cons:
Expensive for what you get (c) openigloo + gets dusty. In unit (c) openigloo dryer doesn’t work too well.

-laundry in building -Carson virtual doorman (c) openigloo system and management communication app -online (c) openigloo rent payments
Cons:
-entryway is filthy from food (c) openigloo on the floor and wall -laundry (c) openigloo only runs on quarters -takes a (c) openigloo month to hear back from (c) openigloo management for all requests including (c) openigloo extermination -old building with loose floor (c) openigloo boards -built in intercom system doesn’t (c) openigloo work -consistently stolen packages -door in basement (c) openigloo was kicked in and never (c) openigloo repaired even after a burglary (c) openigloo along with door to alley (c) openigloo missing a doorknob so anyone (c) openigloo can enter
Advice to owner:
-mop the entryway hallway -fix things in common areas when they break -send exterminators monthly as promised -address maintenance requests in less than a month
