Big bedrooms, some units have (c) openigloo nice and modern finishings. The (c) openigloo building staff is great, doormen (c) openigloo are all friendly enough and (c) openigloo maintenance is quick with most (c) openigloo things. Views are great both (c) openigloo facing north and south if (c) openigloo you're on a higher floor. (c) openigloo If your unit is rent-stabilized (c) openigloo it's worth staying.

Leasing office is extremely slow (c) openigloo with responses, you usually have (c) openigloo to call them to get (c) openigloo an answer. Area is pretty (c) openigloo noisy and sound insulation in (c) openigloo the building isn't the best. Pretty good pricing for luxury (c) openigloo buildings. This building is also (c) openigloo located right on the ACE (c) openigloo and connected via underground walkway (c) openigloo to TSQ 42nd subway so (c) openigloo you can avoid the snow/rain (c) openigloo or weather to get to (c) openigloo just about every subway line (c) openigloo which is very nice.

The Croydon is located right (c) openigloo next to the Neue Gallery, (c) openigloo half a block from Central (c) openigloo Park, a few blocks from (c) openigloo the Met and the Guggenheim (c) openigloo museums. This location is unbeatable (c) openigloo and also close to the (c) openigloo 4/5/6 subway line. The apartment (c) openigloo staff (doormen, handymen, porters, and (c) openigloo maintenance) are very friendly, quick (c) openigloo to respond to maintenance requests, (c) openigloo and like to get to (c) openigloo know the residents. Due to (c) openigloo the 24/7 doormen, I feel (c) openigloo very safe living in this (c) openigloo apartment building with my dog. (c) openigloo The staff keep the building (c) openigloo very clean and well-maintained. I (c) openigloo plan on renewing my lease (c) openigloo when my lease is up (c) openigloo for renewal.

The super was unbelievably rude. (c) openigloo He screamed at me in (c) openigloo my apartment when my ac (c) openigloo broke, told me “you don’t (c) openigloo understand Manhattan” when I asked (c) openigloo him to replace, and let (c) openigloo himself in my home without (c) openigloo asking (when I was there). (c) openigloo I was in the shower (c) openigloo and he walked in my (c) openigloo apartment with no announcement - (c) openigloo said “oops I thought this (c) openigloo one had moved out” when (c) openigloo I’m standing there in a (c) openigloo towel. No apology.
