Cons:
If it not a question (c) openigloo of if but when you’ll (c) openigloo have mice infiltrate your apartment. (c) openigloo The Super is non response (c) openigloo and a mean old man (c) openigloo that lived nowhere near the (c) openigloo building. You have a (c) openigloo 50/50 shot at getting a (c) openigloo response from the building manager (c) openigloo and once you do it (c) openigloo takes days/weeks for them to (c) openigloo find someone to address your (c) openigloo problem. You’re paying a premium (c) openigloo price compared to other units (c) openigloo in the UES with nothing (c) openigloo to show for it. The (c) openigloo walls are paper thin and (c) openigloo you can hear everything your (c) openigloo neighbor does and says at (c) openigloo a normal volume. I’m pretty (c) openigloo sure I could hear my (c) openigloo neighbor whisper.

Loved the hallway ambience with (c) openigloo the chandeliers and checked floors. (c) openigloo Double door to entry made (c) openigloo us feel safe even without (c) openigloo a physical doorman and all (c) openigloo the neighbors were young nice (c) openigloo and respectful. Laundry in unit.
Cons:
Not sure if there was (c) openigloo something going on but for (c) openigloo a 6 month period our (c) openigloo apartment was inspected multiple times (c) openigloo a month and they would (c) openigloo always tell us it was (c) openigloo routine but seemed sus.
