Reviews

Condescending Super Pretty Building

Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty common areas, except for floor hallways.
Cons:
The Super was annoying to work with. He would deny issues existed. Our freezer would have sheets of ice at the bottom and eventually leak all over the floor. He refused to fix it/replace it. And said it’s something we should deal with.

Stupid Super and Poorly Managed

Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s well placed. The apartment itself was nice.
Cons:
The super barely knows which way is up and would happily let you go without if it meant he could do less work. The neighbors stamp around upstairs and scream constantly on their terrace. Needed renovation.
Advice to owner:
Hire people that want to work and manage the building better.

Lipstick on a pig

Former Tenant
Pros:
The building looks amazing at first pass through (but it’s not) and the location is great.
Cons:
Terrible terrible terrible management. I’ve been in nyc over a decade, worst building I’ve lived in! Barely clean. They try to sneak in charges all the time. The landlord is truly a bad person, nickel and dimes. Takes weeks for management to respond. I had to call a lawyer to email them to fix my broken heat! Highly recommend literally anywhere else.
