Horrible don't waste your money

Pros:
Incinerators on every floor, most (c) openigloo apartments are still in their (c) openigloo original blueprint, laundry on every (c) openigloo floor. Across from downstate hospital, (c) openigloo and around the corner from (c) openigloo kings county, many choices of (c) openigloo food and two train stops (c) openigloo 3-5 mins from each other.
Cons:
Maintenance do not clean the (c) openigloo building everyday or at least (c) openigloo 3-4 times a week. Neighbors (c) openigloo throw their trash anywhere, you (c) openigloo can't get ahold of the (c) openigloo president of the Coop nor (c) openigloo the landlord or the sponsors. (c) openigloo The issue is they have (c) openigloo separated the renters from shareholders (c) openigloo and there's no super for (c) openigloo the renters. The current super (c) openigloo tells you, many things are (c) openigloo not his job, and cuts (c) openigloo off the phone at 4:00p (c) openigloo and let's you know that (c) openigloo he does not work on (c) openigloo weekends so don't bother to (c) openigloo contact him, Major heat issue, (c) openigloo never on at nights especially (c) openigloo in weather below 55°.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the heat is functioning the correct way before you all will end up with many many lawsuits. Get a superintendent that so work and actually knows what he's suppse to do. Stop separating the tenants so that all tenants are able to get issues in their home corrected. The current president on the board needs to step up and do her additional job. No need to ignore and tell people that you have a job, you decided to take on the position.
