Pros:
It was always so clean (c) openigloo in there; the hallways were (c) openigloo cleaned once a week. There (c) openigloo is a trash room (incredibly (c) openigloo rare!) that was also, *spotless*. (c) openigloo I'm not a stickler for (c) openigloo this stuff but it really (c) openigloo made an impression. We had (c) openigloo very few issues, we were (c) openigloo returned our security deposit by (c) openigloo the mgmt, and they wrote (c) openigloo me a letter of recommendation (c) openigloo after.
If you can afford (c) openigloo it, do it.
Cons:
They almost doubled our rent (c) openigloo during covid. They did not (c) openigloo want to negotiate.
Advice to owner:
You would have had multiple 10+ year tenants who loved the building if you would have been willing to negotiate on covid rents. We loved the building but were forced to move.
