- the super is very (c) openigloo responsive when text / call - (c) openigloo well lit staircase - room is (c) openigloo quiet - exterminator comes every (c) openigloo month free of charge - spacious (c) openigloo apt layout and the rooms (c) openigloo aren’t on top of eachother (c) openigloo and it gets a lot (c) openigloo of light

- packages often get stolen - (c) openigloo street has a lot of (c) openigloo rats compared to other areas, (c) openigloo but consistent with most of (c) openigloo alphabet city - bathroom is (c) openigloo on small side

Live-In Super is typically responsive (c) openigloo if you call, however maintenance (c) openigloo and fixes can still take (c) openigloo up to a week. Stairs (c) openigloo are cleaned every now and (c) openigloo then (2x a year maybe?) Pest (c) openigloo control every month Large roof access Amazing (c) openigloo location - several restaurants, coffee, (c) openigloo laundromat and grocery options Nice neighbors (c) openigloo - a mix of students (c) openigloo and long time tenants

Lots of rats on the (c) openigloo street, especially on trash days Sometimes (c) openigloo they close off access to (c) openigloo the roof, and install a (c) openigloo super loud alarm that is (c) openigloo triggered by sound I lived in (c) openigloo 6th floor, so walking up (c) openigloo and down was a hassle. (c) openigloo Heat can be really strong, (c) openigloo and you can control it.

Cons:
Everything. RATS! Landlord still has (c) openigloo yet to return our security (c) openigloo deposit. It’s has been OVER (c) openigloo 6 months! They won’t even (c) openigloo respond to us. Very unprofessional. (c) openigloo Do not keep the building (c) openigloo up. We certainly overpaid for (c) openigloo what we had.

Respond to your tenants and return security deposits that you are required to give back.
