- dirty - stolen packages almost (c) openigloo every day - super never responds (c) openigloo and does not come in (c) openigloo a timely manner - neighbors are (c) openigloo loud and rude to your (c) openigloo face - very old building with (c) openigloo no elevator or laundry - temperature (c) openigloo in apartments either gets way (c) openigloo too cold or hot

The building is well located, (c) openigloo and, if you’re living on (c) openigloo the 5th floor,you have a (c) openigloo great roof access
Cons:
The landlord and his building (c) openigloo management company — kicks people (c) openigloo out two days earlier than (c) openigloo the lease ends — when (c) openigloo one person out of X (c) openigloo people living in a co-living (c) openigloo space deals with what X-1 (c) openigloo people left after themselves, they (c) openigloo get punished. The building management should (c) openigloo be sued for causing harm (c) openigloo to someone’s health as they (c) openigloo do not care about people (c) openigloo with health conditions ~ to (c) openigloo them a disability is a (c) openigloo joke — something non-existing.
Advice to owner:
You might wanna stop kicking people out and making them live on the streets for two nights before their new lease starts. As well, you might want to actually adhere to the contract and not end the lease two days early.
