Put 5 grand into basic maintenance and new appliances and you'll make it back in a well-deserved rent increase.

(c) openigloo You’ll have to come out (c) openigloo of pocket to fix your (c) openigloo own apartment, she really will (c) openigloo not put you in contact (c) openigloo with anyone that can help (c) openigloo you, since she refuses to. Hire a new management team and maintenance workers too ! Your current ones don’t give a crap about us and we’ve been complaining for forever !

You’re well-intentioned and did a great reno. You have good tenants /continue to support neighborhood revitalization eg parks, cleanup. Help improve garbage collection. Wish you continued success, you’re responsive and aim for success for all
