Changes ownership constantly, landlords don’t (c) openigloo care about this building or (c) openigloo repairs. Mice infestation and roof (c) openigloo is always leaking. Half of (c) openigloo the building is fairly new (c) openigloo tenants and they all use (c) openigloo illegal substances or have drama… (c) openigloo terrible!
Advice to owner:
Maintain this place clean, no security and please follow through with repairs and pest control.

When small messes occur in (c) openigloo Lobby , elevator, and hallway (c) openigloo , takes a while before (c) openigloo its cleaned up
Stole my packages all the time, and many insects

Lots of insects, Bad caulking job, (c) openigloo constant leaks and all my (c) openigloo packages were stolen and they (c) openigloo wouldn’t do anything about it.

Better control of who goes in and out of the building, cameras in the entrance of the building

Security cameras throughout the entire (c) openigloo property, mostly quiet neighbors.

Very slow to get things (c) openigloo fixed in Apts, Building tends (c) openigloo to be very dirty most (c) openigloo of the time, rodents are (c) openigloo a huge problem especially when (c) openigloo some tenants are very dirty, (c) openigloo heat is usually just steam (c) openigloo for only 15-20 minute intervals (c) openigloo a few times a day (c) openigloo during the winter but the (c) openigloo windows are so old they (c) openigloo don't sit properly and you (c) openigloo lose all the heat instantly (c) openigloo as well as having continuous (c) openigloo cold drafts coming in. Also (c) openigloo there aren't many electricity outlets (c) openigloo in the Apts so you (c) openigloo are somewhat limited on how (c) openigloo to arrange furniture & appliances. (c) openigloo

Update the windows, electricity, and some hardware. And have someone clean more often.

Stop taking money for absurd reasons. $600 to paint an apartment when that is the LANDLORDS responsibility?! Please, learn from us and do not work with this company
