Pros:
This is a family friendly (c) openigloo building with lots of kids. (c) openigloo Perfect for young families. Easy (c) openigloo access to the Henry Hudson (c) openigloo Parkway for quick driving to (c) openigloo the west side.
Cons:
Accessibility can be challenging if (c) openigloo not able bodied. Every (c) openigloo entrance has some amount of (c) openigloo stairs required. Also only one (c) openigloo slow elevator on each side (c) openigloo so when it is out (c) openigloo of order it becomes a (c) openigloo walk up.

Better than living on the (c) openigloo street.
Cons:
There is nothing to like (c) openigloo about this building. All of (c) openigloo the neighbors are complete a-holes, (c) openigloo the interior of apartments is (c) openigloo cracked everywhere horrible pain and (c) openigloo plaster job, random periods of (c) openigloo absolutely no heat on the (c) openigloo coldest days, I'm building management (c) openigloo could really care less about (c) openigloo any of it.
Advice to owner:
Listen and actually do something when a tenant calls you about a problem instead of giving them a generic answer that you're giving to the other 5,000 buildings you manage.

Great staff, immaculately clean, beautiful (c) openigloo landscaping, laundry room in building, (c) openigloo access to pool in summertime, (c) openigloo access to great parks, close (c) openigloo to small walking trail, (c) openigloo family friendly, pet friendly
Cons:
I live on the side (c) openigloo near the parks and it (c) openigloo can become pretty noisy when (c) openigloo the kids come and play (c) openigloo basketball and boom their music

It's quiet most of the (c) openigloo time.
Cons:
The super is terrible. No (c) openigloo one told me this building (c) openigloo makes you pay the super (c) openigloo for any work he does (c) openigloo in your apartment. The super (c) openigloo is incompetent, I paid him (c) openigloo to fix the bathroom sink (c) openigloo but he did not fix (c) openigloo it, he bought the wrong (c) openigloo part and said "why would (c) openigloo you need it to work." (c) openigloo The laundry room is (c) openigloo tiny and the machines are (c) openigloo always broken. The super's father (c) openigloo lives with him and does (c) openigloo the garbage/recycling. He is a (c) openigloo pervert who thinks exposing himself (c) openigloo to female tenants is a (c) openigloo fun thing to do.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super who knows what he's doing, get new washing machines and dryers.

Weird rules from the city-op (c) openigloo board about everything from floor (c) openigloo mats to holiday decorations but (c) openigloo I guess thats co-op living. (c) openigloo Great COVID response.

Great location, in a quiet (c) openigloo and safe neighborhood
Cons:
Dirty and ran down building, (c) openigloo wall to wall carpet in (c) openigloo hallways is old and smells (c) openigloo bad, vents in public areas (c) openigloo are nasty, stairway hasn’t been (c) openigloo cleaned in years, walls are (c) openigloo stained. Apartments are old and (c) openigloo need some major upgrades. When (c) openigloo cooking, surrounding cabinets and walls (c) openigloo heat up! Could be dangerous! (c) openigloo Water temperature in shower changes (c) openigloo depending on what neighbors are (c) openigloo doing, it can go from (c) openigloo warm to burning hot in (c) openigloo seconds, another dangerous feature! Owners (c) openigloo do not care, no money (c) openigloo invested in the building. Roaches (c) openigloo present in apartments and especially (c) openigloo in the basement. No stairs (c) openigloo to the basement and laundry (c) openigloo room, only elevator access. 1 (c) openigloo old and slow elevator.
Advice to owner:
Please invest in and upgrade apartments. We pay rent and yet nothing is being done for the residents. We are told to invest our own money if we want better quality living conditions.
Coop Building is nice and clean!

Clean and well kept. Extensive (c) openigloo Coop board. Repairs on time. (c) openigloo Outdoor space and parking for (c) openigloo rent.
Cons:
Neighbors aren’t always as friendly (c) openigloo or talkative as I’d like (c) openigloo but I’m from the mid (c) openigloo west. So maybe that’s why.

None. It’s a great building.
