The building has been doing (c) openigloo extremely loud and disruptive facade (c) openigloo maintenance for months and months, (c) openigloo with no end in sight. (c) openigloo It makes it almost impossible (c) openigloo to work from home (or (c) openigloo sleep, watch tv, etc) during (c) openigloo weekdays due to drilling noise. Clean, responsive in fixing issues (c) openigloo in the apartment very friendly (c) openigloo staff. The garbage is taken (c) openigloo out regularly, and the elevator (c) openigloo and lobby were always very (c) openigloo clean. The basement where the (c) openigloo laundry was located was also (c) openigloo spotless.
Cons:
Tenants are allowed to smoke (c) openigloo in their unit, and it (c) openigloo carries to other units. Owners (c) openigloo were nonresponsive about severe secondhand (c) openigloo smoke. Windows need to be (c) openigloo updated because you can hear (c) openigloo every single sound even on (c) openigloo the top floors, which is (c) openigloo where I was renting from. (c) openigloo The washer and dryers are (c) openigloo mostly broken/out of service and (c) openigloo need to be replaced. There (c) openigloo are about five working washing (c) openigloo machines for hundreds of tenants. Update your windows and respond to emails even if you don’t have a solution. Don’t ignore emails and make the building smoke-free smoking was a concern for not only us, but our pets.
