Landlords are horrible to speak (c) openigloo with, no negotiation on anything, (c) openigloo hallways are fairly grubby and (c) openigloo when the floors are cleaned (c) openigloo it’s a bare minimum in (c) openigloo cleaning with the stench of (c) openigloo disinfectant. Last year the apartment (c) openigloo was barely warm enough, I (c) openigloo think they turned the heat (c) openigloo down in winter as (c) openigloo the building was fairly empty (c) openigloo due to covid. There are (c) openigloo tree plots outside the building (c) openigloo that could enhance the look (c) openigloo of the apartment block from (c) openigloo the outside, but they are (c) openigloo left to grow weeds and (c) openigloo store rubbish, not nice to (c) openigloo look at.

The apartments are great. The (c) openigloo high ceilings are lovely and (c) openigloo they are super spacious. The (c) openigloo trash rooms, elevator, and laundry (c) openigloo are great to have but (c) openigloo are not always in working (c) openigloo order
Cons:
The super is great and (c) openigloo reaponsive but building management is (c) openigloo not. Hard to reach and (c) openigloo rude/dismissive. A lot of the (c) openigloo amenities (like the roof and (c) openigloo laundry room) exist but are (c) openigloo not really usable
Advice to owner:
Care more for the tenants

Where to start. Whether (c) openigloo it be the most unpleasant (c) openigloo management I’ve had to deal (c) openigloo with, the dirty building, being (c) openigloo lied to about amenities, the (c) openigloo cockroaches, the cheap materials or (c) openigloo poor plumbing. This building (c) openigloo has no pros. For (c) openigloo what they charge find something (c) openigloo worth the money and save (c) openigloo yourself the headache.
Advice to owner:
None they should be ashamed of their lies and how they treat tenants.

Apartments are big (though overpriced) (c) openigloo with high ceilings and lots (c) openigloo of light.
Cons:
Amenities are a joke. “Courtyard” (c) openigloo is .... just an empty (c) openigloo plot and has been closed (c) openigloo for ages because a tree (c) openigloo fell during a storm and (c) openigloo was never repaired. Laundry room (c) openigloo was out of order for (c) openigloo almost a year because a (c) openigloo pipe was never fixed. No (c) openigloo hot water or water pressure (c) openigloo for over a month because (c) openigloo of the same problem. There (c) openigloo is an elevator but it’s (c) openigloo frequently broken. The security guards (c) openigloo are pretty much sleepwalking, sometimes (c) openigloo even asleep. Roof closed well (c) openigloo before COVID. Managaement is hard (c) openigloo to reach, rude, awful.
Advice to owner:
They don’t give a sh*t about tenants, so no advice will help.

The owners/mgmt company is awful. (c) openigloo The courtyard and roof deck (c) openigloo have been closed for years, (c) openigloo well before the pandemic. The (c) openigloo laundry room is unkempt and (c) openigloo the washer/dryers are not maintained. (c) openigloo The heat in the winter (c) openigloo is terrible and the windows (c) openigloo are very drafty. Any repairs (c) openigloo that are made are done (c) openigloo using poor materials.This used to (c) openigloo be a great building but (c) openigloo over the years it’s fallen (c) openigloo apart without proper care or (c) openigloo upkeep.
Advice to owner:
They are beyond advice. They should turn it into condos and let the residents who want to buy in, do that.
Liars who don’t care if you leave or stay

None they don’t car if (c) openigloo you leave or stay here. (c) openigloo All they do is lie. (c) openigloo They insist they have to (c) openigloo take away amenities due to (c) openigloo Covid but they don’t clean (c) openigloo the hallways or elevator any (c) openigloo more than they used to.
Cons:
They won’t fix anything and (c) openigloo then lie about why it’s (c) openigloo broken. Dryers off for nine (c) openigloo months and blamed the company (c) openigloo that supplies them, then con (c) openigloo Ed and then finally admitted (c) openigloo that they needed to hire (c) openigloo a plumber when complaints got (c) openigloo too much. Con Ed told (c) openigloo them from the beginning that (c) openigloo they needed work done. They (c) openigloo closed the roof deck for (c) openigloo Covid and won’t reopen even (c) openigloo though every other building has (c) openigloo its roof deck open. They (c) openigloo claim that the city won’t (c) openigloo let them when it’s to (c) openigloo lower insurance premiums. After (c) openigloo a bad snowstorm there was (c) openigloo a tree in the courtyard (c) openigloo that was damaged. Rather than (c) openigloo getting it cut down they (c) openigloo closed the courtyard. That was (c) openigloo two years ago and it’s (c) openigloo still closed.
Advice to owner:
Stop lying to people and get these things fixed. It’s not a cheap place here, you are getting decent rents.
