    The view from the front (c) openigloo windows were gorgeous. The neighborhood (c) openigloo is fabulous and has so (c) openigloo much fun stuff.
    Cons:
    Mouse infestation ruined all our (c) openigloo things. Neighbors smoke would enter (c) openigloo our apartment. Windows were not (c) openigloo sealed so winters were very (c) openigloo cold. Kitchen is very small. (c) openigloo Took them 6 months to (c) openigloo get us our deposit back

    Responsive management and super, came (c) openigloo immediately when issues were reported. (c) openigloo Had one small leak when (c) openigloo the bathroom above us flooded. (c) openigloo No flooding during crazy rain (c) openigloo despite having a 1st floor (c) openigloo unit. Neighbors are great, respectful (c) openigloo and quiet. Backyard for 1st (c) openigloo fl units is a huge (c) openigloo perk. There for 2 years (c) openigloo and no pests!
    Cons:
    Some rooms were colder than (c) openigloo others due to the locations (c) openigloo of the heating pipes. Walls (c) openigloo are thin - but to (c) openigloo be expected in nyc apartment. (c) openigloo Def rats in the trash (c) openigloo outside, but surprisingly no issues (c) openigloo inside and they have a (c) openigloo pest guy come by every (c) openigloo few months to check in (c) openigloo with the whole building.

    Management excels in promptly addressing (c) openigloo maintenance needs and maintaining open (c) openigloo lines of communication with tenants. (c) openigloo They are always ready to (c) openigloo assist with any issues, making (c) openigloo them easy and pleasant to (c) openigloo work with. The apartment is (c) openigloo fantastic, and I appreciate everything (c) openigloo about it.

    Not many neighbors which is (c) openigloo nice. Building is clean and (c) openigloo management responds to requests quickly.
    Cons:
    Raised my rent insane amount (c) openigloo when my lease was up (c) openigloo after 2 years. Had to (c) openigloo move because of this.

    If your a good tenant, don’t raise the rent so much.
