Lived here for three years (c) openigloo and for the first two (c) openigloo had easy time contacting management. (c) openigloo After they switched in the (c) openigloo past year, experience has not (c) openigloo been as positive.
Cons:
Consistent issues with front door (c) openigloo being broken/completely unlocked so anyone (c) openigloo could gain access. It takes management (c) openigloo days to respond, leasing even (c) openigloo longer. Leasing did not provide (c) openigloo us with our rent increase (c) openigloo notice, claim they did, but (c) openigloo there is nothing you can (c) openigloo do it about it under (c) openigloo the tenant protections of NYC (c) openigloo unless you plan to stay (c) openigloo in the apartment. They broke (c) openigloo this protection, did not give (c) openigloo us 90 days notice. No mice (c) openigloo but have had roaches/cockroaches. The (c) openigloo exterminator comes once a month (c) openigloo so if you have any (c) openigloo issue, you have to be (c) openigloo home on a random weekday (c) openigloo to deal with it during (c) openigloo business hours, which is not (c) openigloo always possible.

It’s near public transportation.
Cons:
Filthy, roach and rat infested (c) openigloo and freezing all winter. This (c) openigloo apartment is by far the (c) openigloo WORST apartment I have ever (c) openigloo lived in. The super is (c) openigloo lazy and the management is (c) openigloo VERY unresponsive. The drug addicts (c) openigloo are very aggressive and don’t (c) openigloo move out of the doorway (c) openigloo when you approach and there (c) openigloo is NO heat for the (c) openigloo majority of the winter. They (c) openigloo don’t pay their ConEdison bill (c) openigloo so you’re constantly receiving notices (c) openigloo on their behalf and when (c) openigloo they get enough complaints they (c) openigloo switch the “management company” name (c) openigloo even though the address stays (c) openigloo the same. Just terrible.

Sell this building to someone that cares about their tenants not not just their money.
