Loud noises from the street (c) openigloo specially at night - cars (c) openigloo and fireworks - whole (c) openigloo summer and fall. People get (c) openigloo together on the streets in (c) openigloo the summer which also causes (c) openigloo noise at night.
Advice to owner:
Better windows might help reduce the noise.

Great lobby and doormen staff, (c) openigloo friendly neighbors. Very quiet building (c) openigloo with no problems that I (c) openigloo noticed. Everyone was very friendly (c) openigloo and overall had a great (c) openigloo experience living here for 3 (c) openigloo years.

Lived here for 8 years. (c) openigloo Responsive to any maintenance issues. (c) openigloo Good water pressure. I never (c) openigloo saw pests. Allows pets. Didn’t (c) openigloo hear any noise when in (c) openigloo my apartment from neighbors

Cons:
Some neighbors on our floor (c) openigloo were very noisy in the (c) openigloo hallways.
Advice to owner:
Enforce hallway rules a bit more closely (hallway playing of children and dogs)
