Building is pretty quiet overall (c) openigloo given the neighborhood. Trash/recycling is (c) openigloo regularly cleared out on our (c) openigloo floor.
Cons:
We’ve had several issues in (c) openigloo the apartment that required attention (c) openigloo (broken AC, broken dryer, leaks, (c) openigloo etc.) - the landlord and (c) openigloo super were okay at getting (c) openigloo to our place for emergencies, (c) openigloo but other maintenance work or (c) openigloo repairs are still unfinished after (c) openigloo months of asking. They’ve recently (c) openigloo implemented a new maintenance request (c) openigloo form, but so far this (c) openigloo has not affected how effectively (c) openigloo they get repairs done. Also, gym (c) openigloo is unusable in my experience (c) openigloo (close to trash chute so (c) openigloo it smells terrible and is (c) openigloo not cleaned regularly if ever).
