Cons:
Windows face a wall 4 (c) openigloo feet away, and pre-installed ac (c) openigloo units are at the top (c) openigloo of the windows, meaning there (c) openigloo is no sunlight. Ever. Construction (c) openigloo workers would often walk along (c) openigloo the side of the building (c) openigloo with a full view into (c) openigloo the bedroom and no privacy (c) openigloo whatsoever. The bathroom does not (c) openigloo have an opening to the (c) openigloo outside, so it steams up (c) openigloo and stays moist and humid. (c) openigloo Water would completely go out (c) openigloo every few weeks, often with (c) openigloo no warming. And when it (c) openigloo came back it would be (c) openigloo brown for an hour or (c) openigloo more. Stairwell is dirty and (c) openigloo has not been cleaned, even (c) openigloo after repeatedly asking management. No (c) openigloo roof access, and the building (c) openigloo seems to care more about (c) openigloo spending money on surveilling residence (c) openigloo than on keeping common areas (c) openigloo clean and inhabitable. Heating was (c) openigloo just a radiator pole. No (c) openigloo way to control it, turn (c) openigloo it on or off.

Not the cleanest in terms (c) openigloo of trash/staircase maintenance Had some roach (c) openigloo issues but was fixed with (c) openigloo new pest management

Cons:
The owner does not take (c) openigloo care of repairs. The owner will (c) openigloo ingnore your phone calls. The owner (c) openigloo only cares about the rent (c) openigloo checks. The janitor, Calvin Tso, never (c) openigloo cleans the building. He just (c) openigloo sleeps all day.
Advice to owner:
Sell the building since you do not care about maintaining the building in a proper way.
