Pros:
Great communication with the management (c) openigloo company - Silvio Spallone was (c) openigloo our point of contact. He's (c) openigloo very responsive and was able (c) openigloo to address our issues delicately (c) openigloo and professionally.
Cons:
Ventilation needs more work, the (c) openigloo airflow is not ideal in (c) openigloo the apartments.
Advice to owner:
It would be great to add laundry to the building.

Location, everything but the building (c) openigloo itself
Cons:
Everything was old and broken; (c) openigloo landlord and team were a (c) openigloo pain and often unresponsive; security (c) openigloo was nonexistent and probably illegal (c) openigloo (keys were stolen to the (c) openigloo front door and the locks (c) openigloo were never replaced)

Sell it please

Besides proximity to Central Park (c) openigloo there’s no upside to living (c) openigloo here.
Cons:
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE (c) openigloo TO RENT HERE. This was truly (c) openigloo the worst rental experience I (c) openigloo have ever had in my (c) openigloo 8 years of living in (c) openigloo NYC. The building manager does (c) openigloo not take any responsibility and (c) openigloo blames everything on the tenant, (c) openigloo or just straight up ignores (c) openigloo you. It’s been a month (c) openigloo since my lease has ended (c) openigloo and I have not received (c) openigloo my security deposit back and (c) openigloo have not even heard back (c) openigloo from management about it. They (c) openigloo are basically STEALING your money (c) openigloo and this whole rental feels (c) openigloo like a scam. (They (c) openigloo sneakily changed the lease after (c) openigloo we have signed it without (c) openigloo informing us) The building is (c) openigloo old and not sufficiently renovated. (c) openigloo So that means: the toilet (c) openigloo clogs all the time with (c) openigloo basic daily use, the basement (c) openigloo where you do your laundry (c) openigloo is disgusting with dead roaches (c) openigloo everywhere, the kitchen has no (c) openigloo extractor fan, hot water (c) openigloo is on and off and (c) openigloo although this did not happen (c) openigloo to me, during the year (c) openigloo I’ve stayed there, I’ve known (c) openigloo at least twice where the (c) openigloo neighbors have lost power and (c) openigloo did not know who to (c) openigloo contact. I have never lived anywhere (c) openigloo with so many problems and (c) openigloo contacting management about it often (c) openigloo resulted in management saying that (c) openigloo I am fraudulent. Which (c) openigloo is VERY ironic because they (c) openigloo are the ones trying to (c) openigloo scam you out of your (c) openigloo rent and get out from (c) openigloo any responsibility through lies and (c) openigloo insults. Without going into any more (c) openigloo frustrating details, I just want (c) openigloo to say, DO NOT rent (c) openigloo here for your own sanity.
Advice to owner:
Find better people to manage your building. Someone who is at least a decent human being that knows how to take responsibility and be truthful.
