Pros:
Management company is chill and (c) openigloo reasonable, the live-in super is (c) openigloo nice and cares about the (c) openigloo place and the tenants' happiness. (c) openigloo Every time I submit a (c) openigloo maintenance request, it is fixed (c) openigloo (or addressed) within 24 hours (c) openigloo which I have heard is (c) openigloo not the standard experience with (c) openigloo NYC apartments.
Cons:
The courtyard area (not for (c) openigloo community use; used for maintenance) (c) openigloo can get loud if the (c) openigloo super and the men who (c) openigloo work there are hanging out (c) openigloo or working out there. They're (c) openigloo so nice and hardworking that (c) openigloo I would feel bad asking (c) openigloo them to stop, but my (c) openigloo roommate has hade trouble with (c) openigloo loud music and talking while (c) openigloo on work calls.
Advice to owner:
Keep on doing what you're doing! Overall extremely satisfied
