This apartment had a perfect (c) openigloo location in my opinion
Cons:
Garbage being stored inside made (c) openigloo the apartments this building consistently (c) openigloo infested with mice. Building was (c) openigloo extremely old and in disrepair (c) openigloo with no updates being made. (c) openigloo I lived here for several (c) openigloo years and multiple times had (c) openigloo water coming through the ceiling, (c) openigloo once large chunks of construction (c) openigloo debris even fell into my (c) openigloo bath tub

Management did not ever answer (c) openigloo / fix things - the (c) openigloo super/management would show up unannounced (c) openigloo at 8/9pm multiple times, he (c) openigloo is so rude and passive (c) openigloo aggressive.

Where to start.. the cockroaches (c) openigloo and mice were out of (c) openigloo control. It wasn’t bad when (c) openigloo I first moved it but (c) openigloo over the last 2 years (c) openigloo it got much worse. I (c) openigloo got sick from an incredible (c) openigloo amount of mold in my (c) openigloo unit, there was so much (c) openigloo a wall had to be (c) openigloo replaced! Then no cooking gas (c) openigloo for months on end and (c) openigloo no one ever came to (c) openigloo put back together my kitchen (c) openigloo after one day someone came (c) openigloo with No warning and took (c) openigloo all the cabins to do (c) openigloo repairs to another unit. To (c) openigloo top things off I have (c) openigloo a piece of building fall (c) openigloo onto and concuss me. Building (c) openigloo is very bad shape, very (c) openigloo dirty and smelly in the (c) openigloo common areas. If you have (c) openigloo a problem you might as (c) openigloo well fix it yourself no (c) openigloo one else is going to. Elevator (c) openigloo was out for over 10 (c) openigloo weeks it was sad to (c) openigloo se the older people be (c) openigloo carried up to their units. Lots (c) openigloo of people smoke inside and (c) openigloo the smoke smells travels throughout (c) openigloo the building. Not willing to negotiate (c) openigloo rent even after raising it (c) openigloo over $500 per month.

Work with tenants on rent instead of suddenly raising it by 25-30% and fix the boiler please!!

Have had close to no (c) openigloo issues in 2 years at (c) openigloo this building. Super is nice (c) openigloo and responsive, management is organized (c) openigloo and answers questions and requests (c) openigloo quickly. Not noisy.

Elevator could be better.

Not much! Maybe switch from coin to card laundry?
