When (c) openigloo we had mice, he came (c) openigloo quickly with multiple solutions to (c) openigloo temporarily fix the issue before (c) openigloo he solved it for good. (c) openigloo The apartment is cute, it (c) openigloo stays warm. Water pressure rocks.
Cons:
The owner definitely did not (c) openigloo care too much about the (c) openigloo safety of individuals given that (c) openigloo my oven was dangerously old (c) openigloo and I mentioned concerns about (c) openigloo it to maintenance many times. (c) openigloo There is very little natural (c) openigloo light. Mice are near.

This building is centrally located (c) openigloo and I feel like it’s (c) openigloo easy for me to get (c) openigloo anywhere in the city. Neighbors (c) openigloo are a nice mix of (c) openigloo younger and elderly tenants. Generally (c) openigloo a quiet street unless something (c) openigloo is going on in the (c) openigloo park next door.
Cons:
Management is has a bipolar (c) openigloo response to issues; sometimes it (c) openigloo will be a day or (c) openigloo two turnaround for a simple (c) openigloo issue other times it may (c) openigloo take days for them address (c) openigloo something more pressing (like the (c) openigloo heat not working)

Landlord/management is awful. Ignore (c) openigloo messages, rent increases are absurd, (c) openigloo elevator is sketchy and doesn’t (c) openigloo work 50% of the time. (c) openigloo Packages stolen and they refuse (c) openigloo to review security cameras. On-site (c) openigloo super is awful (when he (c) openigloo is actually on site). He (c) openigloo also likes to “watch” people (c) openigloo from his security room - (c) openigloo in a predatory way. Dirty mop (c) openigloo buckets on all floors Laundry room (c) openigloo is small (you share it (c) openigloo with 224 building). Washers all (c) openigloo smell like mildew. They have (c) openigloo multiple violations that are on (c) openigloo the record that they don’t (c) openigloo fix, or are taking their (c) openigloo time. Units are never cleaned properly (c) openigloo before you move in. DO NOT (c) openigloo RENT unless you see it (c) openigloo in person. Photos are all (c) openigloo fake! Retaliation if you make (c) openigloo a request. They will not (c) openigloo renew your lease if you (c) openigloo ask for anything. Be prepared (c) openigloo to fix every issue on (c) openigloo your own.

Care. Keep tenants that don’t have parties, are quiet and pay rent on time.

Very old. Tiles held together (c) openigloo with duct tape. Destroyed wooden (c) openigloo floors so dry they can't (c) openigloo be mopped. Rapid dust accumulation. (c) openigloo Areas of the apartment that (c) openigloo are so grimy they will (c) openigloo never be clean. Ceiling collapsed (c) openigloo in bathroom and it took (c) openigloo 7 days to fix. Couldn't (c) openigloo shower in the meantime. Owners (c) openigloo did not reduce rent. Heating (c) openigloo in the winter was very (c) openigloo poorly moderated. Required an open (c) openigloo window the entire winter. Frequent (c) openigloo cockroaches in the laundry room (c) openigloo and occasionally in the units. (c) openigloo Barely any space in the (c) openigloo kitchen for both cookware and (c) openigloo food. Cabinetry and counter tops (c) openigloo are falling apart.

Gut it.
