Cons:
fixtures and finishes are old (c) openigloo and the building common areas (c) openigloo are dirty and dusty. Rear (c) openigloo door to the garbage is (c) openigloo always open and doesn’t have (c) openigloo a screen so let’s bugs (c) openigloo in, and there is (c) openigloo no light out by the (c) openigloo back garbage yard. There (c) openigloo have been mice in the (c) openigloo building and recently started hearing (c) openigloo potential critters in the walls! (c) openigloo No intercom system and issues (c) openigloo with package delivery.
Advice to owner:
Replace the rear door, have better pest management, for the entire building, install an intercom system.
