    Pros:
    Great staff (love the doormen and maintanence crew); appreciate the cleanliness of the building and newer amenities and vibe of the building/decor.
    Great shared spaces.
    Cons:
    I find management to not be the most helpful and I wish I had a bit more light
    Advice to owner:
    Better communication on changes around the building

    great management and concierge, great amenities, giant gym
    Cons:
    not very diverse at all, neighbors aren't too friendly either. The noise blocking isn't great.
