The walls are thin. I can hear neighbors sneeze

How is the elevator situation now?

No issues like last year! In high rise only 2 are being used for residents regular activities, 1 is a service area dedicated for moving, and the last one is being repaired, I don’t have any issues!

Safe, Clean Building with Room for Improvement

Pros:

The doormen are wonderful — friendly, helpful, and attentive. The building is safe, well-maintained, and kept very clean. Great location with convenient access to the neighborhood.

Cons:

Management is difficult to work with and often gives tenants the runaround on even simple requests. Moving in or out requires excessive paperwork, including multiple waivers just to move furniture. Several neighbors smoke cigarettes indoors, and despite complaints, nothing has been done to address the second-hand smoke that seeps into other units

Address the ongoing issue of second-hand smoke, as it affects the health and comfort of tenants in multiple units
