Very good for the first stay in New York

Pros:
One of the best locations in the Financial District you can dream of. The units have all the necessary furniture. The management is good, always polite and responsive.
Cons:
The noise isolation is not perfect, sometimes neighbors can be heard very well if they are too loud.
Advice to owner:
Maybe makes sense to kindly remind tenants to re-program their access keys in case of extensions to avoid them being unexpectedly locked out of the room on the extension day.

Pros:
Absolutely love living here. Same day (and almost same hour) maintenance on any issue, wonderful hearing and convenient living spaces and amenities.
Cons:
Rent is a little high but overall love it
Advice to owner:
Need more storage in kitchens!
