Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for 18 Pine Street highlights its prime downtown Manhattan location next to transit and grocery options, with top-notch amenities including a gym, pool, and rooftop. The building is well-maintained, clean, and managed by a responsive and friendly staff from doormen to management. Spacious apartments and good water pressure are noted benefits. However, some renters mention occasional elevator delays and minor amenity cleanliness issues. Noise concerns due to thin walls affect a few residents, impacting neighbor relations and overall tranquility. Despite isolated drawbacks, the building remains a desirable choice for those valuing convenience, luxury amenities, and attentive management.
