-Doormen are so sweet!
- close to so many metro stations
-water pressure and water heat was great!
- maintenance responds within 24hrs

- kitchen + bathrooms were a bit dated but cant think of anything negative! great place to live!

I’ve been here for about eight years and have moved within the building as well. The super and doorman are nice and friendly. The area is safe and it’s so nice to be close to the water.

Some of the people in the building are rude and entitled. While I have not had any incidents, a neighbor had an interaction with a woman in the laundry room spewing racist comments at her. Management didn’t do anything because she’s the wife of someone connected to the owners of the building or something. The leasing manager is misogynistic and I am one of many female tenants who’ve had this type of experience.

- Decent gym area, just added stairclimbers, more weights, and updated the lighting
- allows flex walls
- quick response to maintenance requests

- window/wall insulation needs to be improved
- roof area has no furniture

invest in a real squat rack for gym, get furniture for roof, and give common areas a deep clean

Ideal location, close to the waterfront and all the trains. Gym in the building. Some nice apartments with high ceilings.

Some people don’t like the laundry room, I think it’s good enough

Big units. Good views of Manhattan. Very nice door men. Rooftop.

Overall it was a very nice apartment. No big cons.

Door men are awesome, moving in is easy and the building is a good mix of young professionals and families.

Lobby isn’t that nice

The building was well maintained even though it had some older finishes. The doormen were always exceedingly nice and maintenance was quick and responsive!

Sometimes would turn off power or not have hot water in the shower.

Management is responsive. Gym and laundry in building.

Laundry could be updated.

Invest in better laundry machines.

Doormen are all wonderful, A/C and heat are good, lots of space.

Fitness Center doesn't get maintained enough, shower drains can be iffy even after snaking.

Very responsive super - however handy men are clueless about bathroom issues (toilet problems, bathroom drain clogs, door hinge sweaking)

Needs updates in community spaces. Rooftop has potential to be really nice, but it’s always a mess. Hallways are dark and dirty looking.

The building is clean, well kept, quiet, and a lovely place to live

No real cons- we had one leak but management handled it in a timely manner
