NYU student housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice area, The location is convenient to cycle in financial district. The guards are super nice and attentive any problems
Cons:
It’s a bit noisy especially if you have a room near the Main Street. Rooms on the higher floor has issues with water draining
The building’s far away from NYU compared to other dorms. Common areas very dirty. The heater in my room is not working at all and for the entire winter I have to wear jackets in my room. Called service and they said there’s nothing they can do with it. The air conditioner, sink, ceiling are all breaking apart and we have to call countless repair services.
