A great place to live!

Pros:
Love the friendly neighbors, and the building is kept pretty clean! Apartments are decently sized and nice for the lower east side. Have not seen any pests!

Washers break a lot.

Great location, laundry in the building is good and had a decent amount of space in the apartment

The intercom app stopped working so it can be a pain to let someone in since we don’t get a notification when they call
