    A great place to live!

    Pros:
    Love the friendly neighbors, and the building is kept pretty clean! Apartments are decently sized and nice for the lower east side. Have not seen any pests!

    Washers break a lot.

    Management annoying to deal with Packages have been stolen occasionally

    Smooth process of application, laundry working, good neighbors, clean, nice elevator, secure package room

    No hot water sometimes, no heat last 3 months of lease, unresponsive about fixes in unit

    Great location, laundry in the building is good and had a decent amount of space in the apartment

    The intercom app stopped working so it can be a pain to let someone in since we don’t get a notification when they call

    building maintenance is extremely helpful and responsive, building is kept clean and tidy, no pest issues in my 2 years living here

    young crowd overall, can be parties that are a bit loud at times

    So noisy, people on the bottom floor have parties Monday - wednesday until 4AM - can never sleep

    Second floor is super loud, maintenance won’t fix something a few months out of lease
