Good behind locked doors

Great apartment sizes for the price
Cons:
Next to a methadone clinic so not the safest. Landlord/super do try to make things better, but the issue persists.

Nice size unit for the price

Pros:
The bedroom is spacious. The light on the upper floors is great. The outdoor area in the back is spacious and kept clean.
Cons:
No closet in my unit and the varnish on the floor started to peel up soon after I moved in. This is out of the landlord's control but the street also has a few junkies that will block the door at times.
Advice to owner:
Use better floor varnish. Otherwise it seemed like a well run building at a good price at the time.
