red flag management

Pros:
garbage is easily managed and the heat works after we had an outside maintenance come fix it since the building maintenance was not responsive. water pressure is ok but water is so hot it burns you most of the time and seems to be building recurring issue even at move out.
Cons:
things stolen out of mailroom constantly due to no security, maintenance dumps things in mailroom like a fridge that was there for months and is still there at time of move out, constant pest issues including roaches and some neighbors say there are mice, front door constantly breaks, and management is non responsive with not even an email able to contact. maintenance also constantly does not answer you for issues or fixes. landlord will steal your deposits and even auto pay after you move out. late fees are charged too early for nyc law.

Cons:
No regular heat, shower jumps between hot and cold every second, landlord and superintendent are unresponsive and do not manage the building well, packages are always stolen, price is too expensive, apartments are in poor condition (especially the bathrooms), very sketchy agent Limor and landlord Iger. Do not come here.
