Pros

- Decent looking apartment unit relatively spacious -Nice, modern painted exposed brick - Lots of food/cafes in the area - Cool laundry mat half a block away

Cons

Many cons I fear: - One room was dramatically disproportionate to the other. It was giving shoe closet. - Radiator was turned off for several days in the middle of January. I had to request multiple times for it to be turned on - Repeatedly asked for repairs to made to broken oven, loose kitchen faucet (faulty at move-in), backed up drain (faulty at move-in) - some windows sealed shut - Pretty dirty at move-in - owner is very sketch

The management company was horrific. Rude doesn’t even describe it. Building was actually crumbling, super refused to do anything. Bugs, mice you name it
